About the Challenge

MyEffect’s mobile app and online platform unites MyEffect Challenge participants with partners to take action for a shared cause and tracks everyone’s impact. All actions are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Creating a win-win

Participants earn credits for their actions and enter to win perks, while partners can monitor and report on the measured change they create.

Globally, there are 1.8+ billion people between 15 and 30 years old. Young people can be—and more importantly already are—a catalyst for change.

The MyEffect Challenge connects young people with partners—nonprofits, brands and influencers—to take action in their communities to solve social and economic challenges.

How the Challenge Works

Take Action

Participants discover actions—including volunteer opportunities, advocacy events, leadership activities—on the MyEffect app that align with their passions and skills.

Partners select a cause they are passionate about and use the MyEffect platform to create trackable, incentivized calls-to-action for young people to do.

Track Results

Participants use MyEffect’s app to track and verify the completion of their actions and earn credits for their effort.

Partners have opportunity to offer perks to participants who achieve key impact milestones and become a champion their cause—all managed by MyEffect.

Recognize Impact

Participants receive an ImpactResume® to share their achievements online—volunteer hours, skill development, social impact, etc—and can use the credits they earned to enter to win challenge perks.

Partners capture impact stories and can report on the measured change participants create for their initiatives.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a global framework to address the most pressing issues affecting people and the planet—including poverty, gender equality, climate change, quality education and clean water—by the year 2030.
